A laughter session is a great way to bring your guests together and break the ice, especially if not all the attendees know each other. Nothing connects us more than sharing a laugh!
Our exercise-combo of clapping, playful movement, gentle stretches, belly laughter and deep yoga breaths will help your guests to leave their cares behind and get into the spirit of things. We may even bring in some laughter dance moves!
There’s no need for you or your guests to be in activewear, and you don’t need to be fit and flexible. All that’s required is an open mind and a willingness to participate.

- Your party-starter laughter session may be as short as 15 minutes or as long as 45 minutes — you choose.
- Facilitated by a certified laughter yoga leader
- Up to 20 participants.
- Your session is tailored to your group. It’s personal, fun, insightful and joyous.
