Laughter Yoga: Workplace Wellness Workshops

The Happydemic’s internationally certified teacher/trainer Heather Joy Campbell offers group activity classes or workshops that broadly address stress-management, self-care or team-building.

While the laughter yoga sessions or workshops are developed for your group’s needs, taking in time and space limitations, and physical abilities of participants to encourage universal participation, Heather Joy’s laughter yoga sessions are guaranteed to:

  • energise participants
  • connect team members
  • boost morale.

Sessions range from 45 minutes to 120 minutes, tailored to your time needs. Laughter yoga makes for a fun and healthy ‘lunch and learn’ inclusion in your workplace wellness program.  More regular (weekly, fortnightly) shorter classes are also available for your workplace wellness program.

While every session is individualised and tailored to your workplace needs and goals, The Happydemic’s workplace participants all learn the power of the breath, the laugh and the smile – and how laughter’s incorporation in the day boosts mood, alertness, positivity and productivity.
